PURPOSE:To form a heat developable color photosensitive material having the excellent stripping property from an image receiving member by providing a nonphotosensitive protective layer contg. a compd. having the specific repeating unit on a heat developable photosensitive layer furthest from a base on the side opposite from the base. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive material has at least one nonphotosensitive protective layer on the heat developable photosensitive layer furthest from the base on the side opposite from the base. The compd. having the repeating unit expressed by formula (I) is incorporated into said nonphotosensitive protective layer. The preferable structure of the repeating unit expressed by formula (I) is expressed by formula (II) or (III). J denotes a divalent group and is exemplified by -NHCO-, -CONH-, -COO-, etc. B is a divalent group of 1-50C and is exemplified preferably by an alkylene group, alkyleneoxy group, etc. |
