Sheet-like material can be securely fastened with the aid of profiled strips together with a guy, a double sheet being inserted into the profiled strip at the fastening point and being fixed using a suitable guy. With this type of sheet fastening, it is possible, inter alia, to cover a greenhouse framework of the traditional shape. In this case, the profiled strip is rounded out at the respective corners of the truss bay.
