Electrostatic transducer

摘要

An electrostatic transducer having a vibrating diaphragm between a stationary and a moving electrode, to which electric signals are applied, is provided with a large number of indentations in the surface of the stationary electrode adjoining the vibrating diaphragm in order to reduce the resonant frequency whilst maintaining small side lobes and a high transducer efficiency, and also exhibits a large number of openings passing through the stationary electrode.
