摘要 In a process for the electrodeposition of a palladium/nickel alloy from an aqueous solution of palladium ammine and nickel ammine with a palladium content from 2 to 30 g/l, a nickel content of likewise 2 to 30 g/l and an addition of at least one organic mixed-crystal former, the substrate is introduced into the aqueous solution and the palladium/nickel alloy is deposited at a cathodic current density of about 1 to 5 A/dm<2>. A cathode potential/concentration curve is first drawn up for the selected mixed-crystal former at the selected cathodic current density and at the selected working temperature, in particular with a logarithmic scale for the concentration and a linear scale for the cathode potential. The first derivative of this cathode potential/concentration curve is then formed. This is followed by the deposition of the palladium/nickel alloy on the substrate in a concentration range of the mixed-crystal former, rising from zero, where the first derivative is in the range from greater than zero to one. <IMAGE>
