摘要 The inlet end is adjustable as a function of the charging pressure and the working chamber from inlet end to the start of compression is connected to a blind chamber. As a result the delivery may be varied regardless of the number of revolutions. The start of the exhaust cycle is adjustable as a function of the pressure. One embodiment is an axial piston compressor with rotating cylinder block. Cylinder apertures which run past an inlet aperture, a blind chamber aperture and an outlet aperture of a fixed cylinder head control the inlet phase, blind chamber phase and exhaust phase. Two slides displaceable in a circumferential groove on the cylinder head adjust the end of the inlet and start of the blind chamber as well as the end of the blind chamber and the start of the exhaust. The blind chamber is formed between two slides. Useable as part of a compressor in a turbine compressor supercharging unit by means of which, for a constant speed of the unit, a constant charging pressure can be maintained over a wide speed range of an internal combustion engine with less than adiabatic heating of the air, without any time delay when adjusting the engine speed.
