PURPOSE:To perform a fine combustion control and ensure safety by a method wherein an amount of combustion, an amount of air and a threshold value are calculated in reference to a difference between a temperature and a set temperature and then a combustion is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A constant calculation part 25 in a combustion control device calculates a constant which is proportional to a difference between an indoor temperature sensed by temperature sensing means 10 and a temperature fixed by temperature setting means 11 and then outputs it to a reciprocal number of combustion amount calculation part 26, a reciprocal number of amount of air calculation part 27 and a threshold value calculation part 28. The calculation part 26 gives outputs to a combustion amount control part 16 so as to control a pump 1.
