摘要 The electron beam system for the electrothermal machining of metals comprises an electron gun (1) which is connected by means of a beam guidance channel (2) to a processing chamber (3). The cathode (4) of the electron gun is connected to a high-voltage transformer (17) via an electron tube (13) and a rectifier bridge (16). A current sensor (18) is connected above a comparison circuit (20) and a control unit (22) in series with the latter to the grid (23) of the electron tube, whose anode (12) is connected to the other input (25) of the comparison circuit (20) via a voltage sensor (24). An ion current sensor (26) is built into the ion flow, originating from the metal to be machined, at the entrance to the processing chamber (3) and is connected to the third input (29) of the comparison circuit (20). A device (31) for recovering the electromagnetic energy comprises earthed chokes (32) which are connected to the valves (33) of the cathode group of the rectifier bridge (16), and also diodes (34) which are in parallel with the chokes (32) and are earthed via an RC network. <IMAGE>
