摘要 The approach of the invention results from the aim of achieving a fine vesicular chip structure of biological products with a minimal expenditure of microwave energy. Short-time intensive pulses of microwave energy in combination with infrared drying and steam drying are proposed. Comminution, soaking and surface treatment lead to further product variants.
