PURPOSE:To control the temperature in an intermediate heating medium at a constant temperature, as well as to control the feeding rate of the heating medium in proportion to the heating load to an object to be heated, by providing a bypass arrangement for the heating medium in parallel with a main heating unit. CONSTITUTION:The rate of an intermediate heating medium circulating through a conduit 30 is determined so that the feeding rate of the heating medium into a heat transmitting tube 21 satisfies the range controlled by a flow control valve 41. When the heating load to an object to be heated is lowered and the feeding rate of the intermediate heating medium into a heat transmitting tube 11 becomes less than the predetermined rate, the opening of a bypass flow control valve 42 is regulated by a flowmeter 80, together with the opening of a flow control valve 40 is regulated by a temperature controller 70. The rate of an intermediate heating medium is proportion to the heating load to an object to be heated is fed into the heat transmitting tube 11, while the exceeding rate of an intermediate heating medium in branched off to a conduit 34 from the conduit 30. Such a control can be performed stably, by feeding back the rate of the intermediate heating medium, measured by a flowmeter 90 and a bypass flowmeter 91 into the flowmeter 80, and at the same time, the temperature in the intermediate heating medium can be controlled at a constant temperature without depending on the heating load of an object to be heated. |
