PURPOSE:To stabilize an incineration disposal speed, by a method wherein a speed at which waste is charged in an incinerator is determined so that it coincides with a desired incinerating speed, and each control system is controlled so that an incinerator is safely operated and maintained. CONSTITUTION:In a disposal speed stabilizing system 12, the refuse charging speed of a crane 2 is controlled so that it coincides with a desired incineration disposal speed, and refuse is charged into a hopper 3. In a hopper level stabilizing system 13, a feed operating speed is controlled so that the refuse level in the hopper 3 is kept in a constant manner, and the refuse is fed in an incinerator. In a burning-off point stabilizing system 15, an evaporating amount set value is controlled so that a burning-off point coincides with the vicinity of a desired position. In an evaporating amount cascade control system 14, the system is cascade-combined with the burning-off point stabilizing system 15, and a flow rate of the air for combustion and a stoker operating speed are controlled so that an evaporating amount coincides with a given evaporating amount set value. |
