发明名称 RASTER SHIFT MEASURING DEVICE OF COLOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure automatically total number of color cathode-ray tubes in high speed and high accuracy, by using a simple mechanism comprising four linear image sensors, a matrix image sensor and a computer. CONSTITUTION:A blanking pattern resulted from irradiating an effective screen 2 and a reference light emitting section 4 of a color cathode-ray tube is irradiated and a signal from the four linear image sensors 11 is fetched to the computer 13 to read positions Vt, Vb and hr hl of a light emitting critical line are read and where the center position 3 of the effective screen 2 is positioned to the matrix image sensor 2 is calculated with [V=(vt-vb)/2] and [H=(hr-hl)/ 2]. Then, a spot screen 5 is picked up and a signal from the matrix image sensor 12 at the center is fetched to the computer 13, deviations v, h of the matrix image sensor 12 from the center axes V1, VH are read and the vertical shift [VRS=v-V] and the horizontal shift [HRS=h-H] of the spot screen 5 from the center position 3 of the effective screen are culculated finally and siplayed.
