MAGNETIC RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To facilitate the reproduction of only an address code, by recording a part where the address code overlaps a signal with cut of high band and level- down of medium/high band and raising up the level of only the relevant section in a reproduction mode. CONSTITUTION:A signal is delivered from a sound record control circuit 6 when an address is generated to actuate an HPF1 and a recording level control circuit 2 in a part X. The actuation of the part X is stopped while no address code is generated. The address code is written to an interval of music. If the address code overlaps the music, the signal is recorded on a tape with cut of low band and level-down of medium/high band. Thus the address code is recorded with relatively a high level. In a reproduction mode a control signal is delivered to actuate a reproduction control circuit 10 after the address code is detected. Then the level of a reproduced signal is increased and transmitted while the address code is detected.
