PURPOSE:To make a vibration preventable in an effective manner, by forcing a damping device to perform its braking work in time of such acceleration as going beyond the predicted constringent acceleration, in case of a device which damps the vibration produced by acceleration centering on the constringent acceleration at the time of large acceleration. CONSTITUTION:When a car is accelerated by stepping on an accelerator pedal 10, a control circuit 22 operates the value of output tourque TE in an engine 14 on the basis of an output theta of an opening sensor 24 and the number of revolution NE in the engine 14. In addition, it also operates the value of predicted constringent acceleration Gref of acceleration G added to a vehicle 16 from the output torque TE and then detects an overshoot DELTAG of an acceleration signal G obtainable from an acceleration sensor 20. And, in time of DELTAG>0, the control circuit operates the value of hydraulic pressure F in the brake oil 31 required for damping a hiccupping vibration produced in time of acceleration on the basis of an equation F=K2*DELTAG (but K2 is a fixed proportional constant) and controls a solenoid 34 on the basis of this operated value, thus controlling the stroke of a piston 28. |
