The invention relates to a supplementary food containing vitamins, minerals or further components, or a combination of them, which supplementary food components are incorporated in a base consisting of carbohydrates, water and vegetable oils. The supplementary food is especially suited for curing malnutrition and can be administered easily. The storage properties are even under tropic conditions very good. The production technology is relatively simple. The contents of minerals, vitamins and further components can be adapted to the local needs. |
