PURPOSE:To perform arithmetic control matched to the arithmetic speed of a desired arithmetic device and to perform a high-speed arithmetic by using a high-speed arithmetic device and, at the same time, to use a control device for a low-speed arithmetic device, by installing a timing switching section to a nanoprogram memory. CONSTITUTION:A microinstruction read out from the microprogram memory 11 of an arithmetic control device is latched on a microinstruction register 12 at a timing clock TCK. In addition, a microprogram is stored in a nanoprogram memory 14 and a nanoinstruction read out from the memory 14 is latched on a nanoinstruction register 15. A timing switching section 16 is installed correspondingly to the microprogram memory 11 and nanoprogram memory 14, and a switch SW is provided in the switching section 16. Then operation control matched to the arithmetic speed of a desired arithmetic device is performed and a high-speed arithmetic is made by using a high-speed arithmetic device and, at the same time, the control device is also used for a low-speed arithmetic device. |
