CONTROLLING METHOD OF COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE:To release high load state and to prevent transmission/reception data from the omission of characters, by detecting the load state of a bus by the number of bus accessing requests queued in a communication controlling device in accordance with the temporary load state of the common bus. CONSTITUTION:An interface part 31 in a communication controlling device executes interface with a common bus and an I/O controlling part 32 executes communication control by a command from a CPU. A circuit corresponding part 33 transmits/receives data in accordance with the circuits. A scanning circuit 312 in the interface part 31 scans the information written in a control register 311 and applies the detected IOP to an I/O controlling circuit 321 in the controlling part 32. The number of bus accessing requests queued in the communication controlling device is detected and the loading state of the bus is detected to control a bus accessing circuit 314 by the controlling part 32 and to release high load state.
