<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet without leaving air void and having excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance by applying a deaeration treatment on a base material impregnated with a resin not to leave air void, by piling up pieces of base material of long length impregnated with the resin thus obtained and by press-molding it under a specified pressure while it is passed through a pair of belts. CONSTITUTION:A deaeration treatment is applied on a base material impregnated with a resin not to leave air void. Pieces of the base material of long length impregnated with the resin thus obtained are piled up and, if necessary, copper foils are piled up on one or both sides of the piled base materials, and are thereafter continuously pressed under a pressure of 5-40kg/cm<2>. When the deaerated base materials impregnated with the resin are used and heat-and press-molded under a continuous press condition, a laminated sheet without leaving air void can be obtained and it has little warp, excellent dimensional stability and accuracy of thickness.</p> |
