PURPOSE:To give tightening action to a formed body wound around a core pipe by making rotation angle of the core pipe slightly larger than rotation angle of a forming device in intermittent rotation of a forming device consisting of a die rotating body and a pushing die rotating body and the core pipe. CONSTITUTION:A tapelike material 1 is wound around pins 26 raised on a die rotating body 12 and the tip is clamped to a core pipe P. The tapelike material 1 is bent successively by pushing dies 20a, 20b, and the forming device and core pipe P are rotated with pushing dies 20a, 20b in the state of pushing. At this time, rotation angle theta2 of the core pipe P is made slightly larger than rotation angle theta of the forming device and wound so that the formed material 1' wound around the core pipe P itself causes tightening phenomenon to the core pipe P. When pushing dies 20a, 20b are pulled out of pins 26, they are returned to original position by a pulling spring 22. A truck 27 on which the forming device is loaded relatively moves intermittently in axial direction of the core pipe and heated by a heating device and soldered surely. Thus, a finned pipe is manufactured efficiently. |
