PURPOSE:To make do with one waveform storage device, by fetching outputs of plural electric discharge sound detectors as pulses of a peak value corresponding to each device, and synthesizing and processing them, when detection of partial electric discharge and marking of a generating position are executed. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic detecting elements 46, 48 and 50 are fitted to a tank wall 44 of a transformer 40, and are amplified by amplifiers 52, 54 and 56. An electric pulse by partial electric discharge is detected by a ground line 42, and is transferred to a controlling circuit 62. By an output of the circuit 62, pulse generating circuits 64, 66 and 68 are triggered, also an amplified electric pulse is inputted, its output is added by an adding circuit 70 and it is inputted to a waveform storage device 72. A peak value of an output pulse of each pulse generating circuit is made different from each other (for instance, 1:3:5), by which even if each pulse is synthesized and added, and displayed on a waveform display device 74, each of them can be discriminated, and how each pulse is delayed in its time can be known. |
