PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device that can perform timing regulation of a heading machine efficiently and prevent occurrence of accidents due to erroneous regulation, by detecting setting angle of a cam to cam shaft by a sensing signal given by a sensor that detects approach of a recessed part or projected part formed on the side of the cam. CONSTITUTION:Bisected cams 12a, 12b are joined with a cam shaft 11 between. A ring 18 is fitted to bosses 17a, 17b and fixed with socket bolts 19, 19 to unify the cams 12a, 12b. A ram is stopped at the position of rear dead center, and the unified cams 12a, 12b are turned around a shaft 11. After confirming that a notched part 23 of the ring 18 comes to a position corresponding to a sensor 24, bolts 16, 16 are tightened and cams 12a, 12b are fixed to the shaft 11. When the ram arrives at the front dead center, cams 12a, 12b rotate 180 deg.. By rocking of a lever 21 caused by vertical movement of a roll 20 connected to cam faces 13a, 13b, a finger for carrying material is made open, for instance, and interference on a punch is prevented surely. |
