PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a cooker by a constitution wherein cooling air is blown against a handle part arranged at the upper part of the front face of a door by means of a fan provided in the interior and then flowed downward along a guide arranged at the handle part through a ventilation flue in the door at an oven and the like. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air 16 sucked by a fan 13 is past through ducts 14a and 14b as indicated with the dotted lines with arrowheads so as to separate a kitchen stove 29 from the ceiling of an oven and blown against the back 17 of the handle part 23 so as to cool the handle part 23 and then, being guided by the guide part 23' of the handle 23, reaches the upper end of the front face of the door 12 and finally flowed along the front panel 18 of the door 12. Due to the constitution as described above, the handle 23 and the door 12 are cooled down so as to be prevented from attaining dangerous temperatures and consequently the safety of the cooker can be improved. |
