PURPOSE:To enable a high speed printing by employing bisphenols excellent in the color formability at a low temperature in heat sensitive recording material to be used widely for terminal thermal printers of computers, thermal facsimile, vending machines of tickets and the like. CONSTITUTION:A phenol compound selected from among 4, 4'-ethylidene bisphenol, 2,2'-bisphenol-4-methylpentane and 4,4'-benzylidene bisphenol as color developing substance and 2-(2'-chloroanilline)-6-diethylaminefluorene as colorless or light color forming substance are dispersed into a binder together with an additive and applied on a support. The heat sensitive recording paper thus obtained is excellent comprehensively in the color developing property such as ground color formability, temperature sensitivity, rising temperature difference, hue and fadability concerning black unicolor forming images. |
