The ventilation fan consists of a blade member(4), a driving member(3), and a guard frame(8). An E-shaped band(17), which is pref. a molded silcon rubber band, is detachably mounted around the guard frame. A thin film(21) continually coats the outer surface of the guard frame including the band using a sprayer or a brush, and can be easily removed when the outer surface of the guard frame becomes dirty. |
