PURPOSE:To attach and detach a die by linear movement by attaching the die by engaging a pin provided at the tip of the die stem with the hole of the die, and detaching the die by sliding a canister provided in the die stem. CONSTITUTION:A die positioning pin 14 is provided at the tip of the die stem and a die holding hole 5 is constituted. The die 2 is inserted into the holding hole 5, and the positioning hole 13 is engaged with the pin 14 and fitted tightly with a seal ring 6 made of an elastic body, and the die is attached to a die stem 1. To detach the die 2, a die slide 4 to which the die stem 1 is fitted is moved by a cylinder 17 and a groove 7 is opposed to a canister 3 provided in the die stem 1. The rod 16 of a cylinder 15 is inserted into the groove 7. The die 2 is extruded by sliding the canister 3 by extension of the rod 16 and taken out. |
