PURPOSE:To obtain a titled detector whose mechanical strength is high and whose radiant ray utilizing efficiency is high, by vapor-depositing Al or Ag on the surface of a partition plate using a metal having a large atomic number, sticking a powder granule scintillator by an adhesive agent, and executing the reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:An Al thin sheet which scarcely absorbes a radiant ray is used as a light shielding plate and light passive reflector 5, a vapor-deposited film of Al or Ag is provided on the light reflecting face of the inside face side of a detector, and the reflection factor is raised. As for a partition plate 9, a substance which absorbs greatly a radiant ray, for instance, W or Mo is used, and a vapor-deposited film of Al or Ag is provided on its surface, which becomes a light reflecting film 10. A powder granule scintillator 6b set and formed by a suitable binder, for instance, polystyrene resin is made to adhere to the partition plate 9, for instance, by use of epoxy resin. |
