PURPOSE:To prevent scratching on blanking face of a product by releasing locking of reverse pressing by a stopper puller provided in an upper die when the upper die start ascending and specified gap is formed between the upper die and product. CONSTITUTION:After completion of blanking process, a blanking punch 6 goes up with ascent of an upper ram. A stopper pulling slope 7a attached to the plate 4 of an upper adapter 5 pushes the slope 36a of a stopper 36 to eliminate energy of a spring 35, and pulls out the stopper 36 from the space between a spacer 30 and the plate 24 of an adapter 25. When the stopper 36 is pulled out, the spacer 30 and ejector 29 go up and extrude a product 32 from a die 27. By this way, the product is prevented from being pushed into the blanked hole 8a of a plate 8. |
