<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate danger of alkali metal contamination from a solid-state image pickup element, by using a dye represented by a specified general formula to prepare the colored resin film of a microcolor-filter attached to this element. CONSTITUTION:To prepare the colored resin film of a microcolor-filter, a dye represented by the following general formula: D-(SO3H)m ( I ) is used for said coloring with or without another dye. In said formula ( I ), D is the moiety of dye, and (m) is an integer of 1-6. As the dye corresponding to the moiety of D, azo dyes, bisazo dyes, phthalocyanine dyes, etc. are usable.</p> |
