<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of hardening by rotating a pin unit by means of an oscillation actuator, indexing the groove of a cylindrical part by using a sensor dog, an electrical sensor, and overhanging a ball contained in the pin from the side face of the pin. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation actuator 8 is actuated to rotate a pin unit 9. A cylindrical member 11 has only the groove disposed in an irregular position; therefore, if the unit 9 is rotated, the unit 9 and the groove of the part 10 coincide. A sensor dog 13 in this stage is dropped into the groove of the part 10 by the elasticity of a spring 14. The drop is detected by an electrical sensor 17 through a connecting bar 15 and a sensor dog 16. The signal thereof is fed back to a cylinder 22 which lowers the unit 9 down to the prescribed position.</p> |
