PURPOSE:To make a clerk in charge execute easily a restoring measure, by providing a means to store trouble generated during the start of the communication between the center of a cash automatic transacting device and a terminal machine and the end of transaction. CONSTITUTION:A cash card is inserted to a cash automatic transacting device 10, and a key code is inputted with the key of an operation part 17 for customer in accordance with the guidance displayed on a CRT display device 13, and a desired transaction is designated. While processings advance normally, operations are executed successively in accordance with the guidance on the CRT13. If an error occurs to set a flag in a memory part 31 because of some cause, information indicating that the customer should wait for the clerk in charge to come is displayed on the CRT13 by the control of a CPU21, and a buzzer is sounded. The clerk in charge insets a key and depresses a reset key. The cash card, a slip, or cash is ejected in accordance with the time of the occurrence of the error. The clerk in charge watches the slip to discriminate the time of the occurrence of the error to execute a proper restoring processing such as reissue of the slip. |
