PURPOSE:To improve versatility and control follow-up performance by adding predication control based upon the prediction of exist temperature by detected temperature from an intermediate stage of a heat collecting device to feedback control over the exit temperature. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate of a heat medium for leading out the solar heat collected by the heat collecting device 3 is controlled on the basis of the deviation (b) of the exit temperature (d) of the heat medium detected 7 from its set value (a) when the solar heat is collected by the heat collecting device 3 and lead out through the heat medium. In this case, the intermediate-stage temperature (g) and entrance temperature (i) of the heat medium are detected by a detector 7 and their temperature difference (k) is found by a subtractor 11. Further, a proportional computing element 10 finds a temperature rise up to the exit and an adder 12 calculates the exit temperature l. The deviation (b') of the temperature l from set temperature (a) is found to generate a prediction control signal for a fine adjustment of the flow rate of the heat medium, and an operation signal (c') originating from said signal and a conventioal operation signal (c) are summped up to generate an operation signal (c''), controlling the flow rate of the heat medium. |
