PURPOSE:To clean a carry pipe by passing solid material after carrying muddy stuff, by fixing a valve seat at the lower pipe port while encapsulating a spherical valve body in a bent pipe and making a through-hole in the way of the bent pipe to fix a rising pipe having diameter shorter than the diameter of the valve body. CONSTITUTION:When carrying slurry upward to a check valve, the slurry flowing upward into a bent pipe 1 will push up a valve body 5 to carry the slurry upward through a rising pipe 7. After completion of carrying slurry, water is carried in place together with cleaning solid material such as sponge, and further push up the valve body 5 to move it laterally along the bent pipe 1 to collide against a plug 15. Since there is no obstacle in the flow path of check valve, the solid material is carried upward through the check valve into the carry pipe to clean the carry pipe. |
