Harvesting machine comprising a mobile chassis on which are mounted harvesting elements, a storage hopper and means for conveying the harvested products from the said harvesting elements to the storage hopper, said conveying means terminating at the top of this hopper. According to the invention this machine is characterised in that it comprises, arranged inside the said storage hopper 12 and vertically aligned with the inlet 2 of the harvested products 7 into the said storage hopper 12, an auxiliary hopper 1 which is suspended off the said chassis by means of sensors 11 able to send to display and/or recording means 8 the weight of the products 7 which it contains and of which the lower part is closed off by doors 4 that move symmetrically in a horizontal plane so that the position of the said doors has no influence on the indications of the said sensors.
