PURPOSE:To prepare a seasoned granular food without lowering the taste and flavor of the original food, decreasing the amount of edible oil and fat, in high efficiency, by rolling a food raw material with a roll while spraying an edible oil or fat to the surface of the roll, and granulating the material. CONSTITUTION:A natural seasoning, natural composite seasoning or a food containing the seasoning as a seasoning raw material is rolled and granulated. The rolling is carried out by spraying an edible oil or a fat such as salad oil, sesame oil, margarine, etc. intermitently or continuously to the surface of the rolling roll in the course of the rolling operation, and the rolled material is granulated. The amount of the edible oil or fat is about 0.05-1wt% based on the whole food raw material. |
