PURPOSE:To prevent the failure that a magnetic tape is wound around a take-up reel in the state where the magnetic tape is turned over, by arranging a magnetic head near the take-up reel on the way of a running path of the magnetic tape and detecting front and rear faces of the magnetic tape by this magnetic head to detect surely the state where the magnetic tape is turned over and wound around the take-up reel. CONSTITUTION:When a sticking work is completed, the adsorption of both blocks 20 and 24 due to adsorptive mechanisms 18 and 23 is released, and a driving pin 29 engaged with a take-up reel 3 is driven by a motor to rotate the reel 3, and a magnetic tape T is wound around the reel 3. The first movable block 21 falls onto the reference block 20 again, and the end part of a leader tape upper half part 1a held with the first movable block 21 by adsorption and the rear end part of a wound magnetic part T' face each other to be matched. A magnetic head 30 is supported on the second movable block 24 through a bracket 31, and the head part of the magnetic head 30 is brought into contact with the magnetic tape T in the state where the second movable block 24 is arranged adjacently on the reference block 20. |
