PURPOSE:To eliminate an unnecessary potential fluctuation of an output line, by connecting successively circuits each of which consists of a source follower and the first transmission gate and taking out the signal from the source follower through the second transmission gate. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 1 is connected to the gate of an enhancement MOS transistor TR M21 having the source follower constitution through an enhancement MOS TR M1. A capacity component for bootstrap is constituted between the gate and the source of the TR M21. A TR31 is connected to the source of the TR M21 to take out the output signal. Circuit having this constitution are connected successively. By this circuit constitution, the influence due to mixture of signals phi1 and phi2 is cut off, and the leakage of the rear stage electric charge to the front stage output line due to feedback is suppressed, and the unnecessary potential fluctuation of the output line is eliminated. |
