Microclamp application instrument comprising two handles which are braced against each other under the action of a spring and are rotatably connected with each other via a lock part. The mouth parts are arranged so as to diverge, so that they are opened when the handles are compressed, and vice versa, as a result of which a microclamp can be applied more sensitively.
