<p>PURPOSE:To bring both ends of a coil bobbin to DC potential, to reduce floating capacitance and to facilitate higher harmonic resonance by widely constituting each winding section of a high-tension coil to the coil bobbin with a large number of winding grooves in a strait-form shape while setting up a diode fitting section at the center of the coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A wire is wound on the coil bobbin 10 first from the first winding groove 11, and wound in approximately 150 turns, and shifted to the next winding groove 11 and wound similarly. Crossover grooves are formed up to depth reaching the bottom sections of the winding grooves 11 from the outer circumferential end of the coil bobbin, and a winding-end terminal on the winding of a first block A is connected to an anode of a diode 7 when its winding is completed. The diode 7 is supported to a lead-wire fixing piece 15 molded integrally and set up to the diode fitting section 14. The winding-start terminal of a second block B is connected to a cathode of the diode 7, wound on each winding groove 11 in succession, and wound on the second and third winding grooves 12, 13 in the same manner.</p> |
