<p>PURPOSE:To increase a winding ratio easily, and to reduce the number of bobbins and the number of rectifying diodes by lap-winding high-tension coils of each layer on the bobbin in a plurality of layers. CONSTITUTION:The high-tension coils 31, (32, 33) are wound on each bobbin 51, (52, 53) by turning each bobbin under the state in which a distance (a) between the nose of a winding guide 7 consisting of a ceramic pipe of 1.0phi outer diameter and 0.5phi inner diameter and the surface of the bobbin 51, (52, 53) is set within 20mm.. The speed of movement per one turn of the coil in the axial direction of the bobbins 51... of the winding guide 7 is made smaller than a wire diameter per one turn of the high-tension coils 31... at that time. Accordingly, the high- tension coils 31... are aligned and wound in the forward direction as first layers up to points L from points K on the bobbins 51..., lap-wound in the reverse direction as second layers up to points N after the guide returns to points M, wound in the forward direction as second layers up to the points L after the guide returns to points O from the points N, and wound as first layers from the points L, and lap-wound partially in a plurality of layers in the same manner.</p> |
