CONSTITUTION:When a band plate 6 is carried beween the die 2 and punch 3 of a die 4, a product 7 is blanked by the punch 3 and the product 7 is pushed in the hole of the die 2. At this time a knock out pat 9 descends in interlocking with the punch 3. When the product 7 is blanked, the punch 3 goes up and the lower end face flushes with the lower face of a pusher 5, and at the same time, the knock out pat 9 also ascends. The product 7 is pushed up from the hole 8 and goes into a hole 6a of the band plate 6 formed by blanking the product 1. Further, the product 7 is pressed by the pat 9. Consequently, the outer periphery of the product 7 is plastic deformed outward by a projection 10 formed on the upper end face of the pat 9 and bites into the periphery of the hole 6a of the band plate 6. After this, the die 4 is opened and the band plate 6 is carried. At the same time, the product 7 is carried out from the die 4. |
