<p>A composting device has approximately vertical posts or similar supporting structures and lateral components which connect these posts or support structures transversely and are arranged one above the other, generally leaving a space between each other, the posts being provided, at their lateral surfaces which receive the lateral components, with tabs which are arranged one above the other at a distance and protrude upwards in an oblique fashion while the end regions of the lateral components are provided with perforations which fit around these tabs. This allows the lateral components to be hung from these tabs in a simple manner. For sufficient stability, the lateral components are provided with two perforations on each end, the distance of which corresponds to the distance of two tabs or, preferably, to an integral multiple thereof, for example twice the distance. This allows the lateral components to be displaced vertically by approximately half their width so that the distances between the lateral components can be varied easily.</p> |
