PURPOSE:To enable safe and quick work by providing a mechanism that accumulates wire rods sent in successively and sends out plural wire rods at a time to subsequent press machine at specified timing. CONSTITUTION:When wire rods 2 are supplied on a guide rail 46, the wire rods 2 are lowered through a passage 48 by elliptical motion of supporting arms 50A, 50B and accumulated in the passage 48 at a rising part 55. When a hydraulic cylinder 61 is extended at specified timing, an oscillating arm 53 oscillates in counterclockwise direction. A separating claw 54 is made to follow by a spring 56, and a prescribed number of wire rods is shifted to the concave part 64 of a loader arm 63. Then, a hydraulic cylinder 70 is retreated and the loader arm 63 is advanced together with a moving rack 66. Further, a hydraulic cylinder 75 is extended, an oscillating lever is turned counterclockwise, and the loader arm 63 is shifted downward. Consequently, wire rods 2 on the concave part 64 are moved onto the bending die of a press bender. |
