PURPOSE:To prevent the attaching of snow or to remove snow, by heating the upper part of power generating devices in a concentrated manner by utilizing the underground heat through heat pipes provided at principal lower parts, thereby automatically melting the snow. CONSTITUTION:When snow falls, snow 7 on a power generating devices 1 and a heat transfer member 3 is gradually increased. Heat radiating end 41 of heat pipes 4 are connected to the back surface of the heat transfer member 3. Temperature difference is yielded between the member 3 and the underground 5. The heat at heat absorbing ends 43, which are constantly heated by the high underground temperature, is transferred by a heat transfer medium flowing in the heat pipes. Thus the heat transfer member 3 is heated. Therefore the fallen snow is gradually melted into water when it is contacted with the heat transfer member 3 and the water constantly flows down along the inclination. Since the water flows so as to wash the surface of the power generating devices, the snow flows down accerelatedly together with the water. |
