PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of a crack and a fissure of a heat pipe of the inside of a heat accumulating tank due to a vibration during transportation and to prevent a thermal medium gas in the heat pipe from leaking, by a method wherein a cylindrical buffer material is provided within a gap between the top of the inside of the heat accumulating tank and the upper part of metal fittings and a heat exchanger part, which touches water, of the heat pipe is secured. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate 21, which is shorter than a length of a tank 24 in its longitudinal direction, is inserted on the top of the tip of a thick pipe 20 of a heat pipe of the inside of a heat accumulating tank through an opening part 27 of the tank, U-shaped metal fittings 22, whose width is narrower than that of a flat plate 21 and length is shorter than that of the tank 24 in its longitudinal direction, are provided on the top of the flat plate 21 by turning a protruded part of the top upward and an open part downward, a buffer material 23, for example, polystyrene block, which is larger than a gap between the top of the tank 24 and the protruded part of the tip of the U-shaped metal fittings 22, is inserted on the central part of the U-shaped metal fittings 22 in a longitudinal direction and a part of the thick pipe 20 of the heat pipe touching water is held and secured by pressing down the U-shaped metal fittings 22. At this time, the flat plate 21 which is beneath the U-shaped metal fittings 22 is made to hold function to absorb a gap between the thick pipe 20 of the heat pipe and the U- shaped metal fittings against a deformation and a vibration of the U-shaped metal fittings to some extent, force is applied to the part of the thick pipe 20 of the heat pipe touching water always, through which holding and securing are enabled to perform reliably. |
