The invention relates to a panel heat exchanger which is suitable, in particular, for the use of environmental energy for heating purposes by means of a heat pump plant, in which heat exchanger there are constructed between two plates arranged at a distance and having a cut resembling metal sheet ducts for guiding the heat exchanger medium which are connected at the end sections to manifold pipes. The panel heat exchanger (1) consists of a heat exchanger plate (3) having through-flow ducts (6), which are arranged parallel to one another and are formed by circumferential sections (5) resembling metal sheet and formed perpendicular to the plane (4) of the plate, and two distributors (7, 8). The distributors (7, 8) are connected by means of clamp connections to the end sections (9, 10) of the heat exchanger plate (3) and through-flow ducts (6) thereof. A sealing element is pushed in each case onto the end sections (9, 10) in order to seal the end sections (9, 10) against the distributors (7, 8). The through-flow ducts (6) are constructed with a trapezoidal cross-section. One-piece webs are located between the through-flow ducts (6). <IMAGE>
