PURPOSE:To improve the permeability, the ratio of the coefft. of permeability and processability of a permeable membrane by using poly(tertiary butyl acetylene) having the ratio of trans structure/cis structure in a specific range in forming said membrane. CONSTITUTION:This gas separating membrane having high permeability is formed by using the poly(tertiary butyl acetylene) having the ratio of trans structure/cis structure in a 28/72-43/57 ratio. This separating membrane is capable of separating gas from a gaseous mixture such as air at, for example, a high coefft. of oxygen permeability and ratio of coeffts. of oxygen/nitrogen permeation, and has excellent processability for formation of a thin film. |
