发明名称 ASSEMBLING METHOD OF HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make performance of heat exchange improve, by a method wherein a heating surface area is made to enlarge so that meandering heat exchanger tube can be mounted easily on a boundary between supporting lattice frame units adjoining to each other. CONSTITUTION:A meandering heat exchanger tube is manufactured by connecting the tips of four straight pipes 17 being arranged on a plane surface at regular intervals by bent pipes 18 with each other. Several pieces of the heat exchanger tubes are incorporated into a lattice hole 16 of a supporting lattic frame unit as a monojoule. A device is so assembled that the straight pipe 17 of the meandering heat exchanger tube is incorporated into a concave part 20b of a band lattice material 20, on which the other bank lattice material 20 is piled up and the straight pipe 17 of the meandering heat exchanger tube is incorporated into a hexagonal lattice hole 21 formed between the two band lattice materials 20. Although it becomes that a thin string 24 fixing the meandering heat exchanger tube temporarily is left over after completion of assembly of a pipe supporting lattice frame by connecting a necessary number of supporting lattice frame units side by side with each other as a whole like this, the thin string 24 is burnt, melted and removed, the meandering heat exchanger tube can be incorporated even into a boundary between the connected supporting lattice frame units, a heat transfer surface area can be enlarged and performance of heat exchange is improved.
