WIRE ROD SEPARATION AND TRANSPORTATION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To perform safe and quick work by separating plural wire rods one by one to transport to a press machine and discharging pressed wire rods from the machine. CONSTITUTION:The wire rod 2 is pooled in a passage 100, and a wire rod is dropped onto a wire rod receiving section 130 of a wire rod transportation claw 127 by an upper separating arm 101. A cylinder 122 is energized and extended a whole stroke until the wire rod receiving section 130A is positioned higher than an intermediate receiving section 138. An air cylinder 119 is energized and extended a whole stroke until the transportation claw 127 arrives at the intermediate receiving section 138. The wire rod 2 shifted to the intermediate receiving section 138 and is further held by the transportation claw 128 and shifted to an intermediate receiving section 139 and held. The wire rod is further held by the transportation claw 129 and put on the lower die 142 of the press 10 of next stage. After pressing, the wire rod 2 is held by an unloader arm 134, hits against the left end surface of the lower die 142 and drops onto a chute.
