摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the struture of a ground grading machine by a method in which the stroke length of a cylinder attached with a laser beam receiver is set up on the basis of given ground grading angles and circle turning angles, and the tilting angles of a buldozer blade are controlled by the output signal of the receiver. CONSTITUTION:Lasers beam receivers 9L and 9R are attached to the tips of the rods 8L and 8R of cylinders 7L and 7R for light receiver, provided on both sides of the buldozer blade 5. A ground grading angle thetaT, the turning angle phi of a circle 4, and the stroke length h2 of the cylinder 7L are set up to given values, and then the cylinders 7L and 7R are operated to set up the stroke length h1 of the cylinder 7R. While lasers beam is received by the receivers 9L and 9R, a ground grading machine is run and cylinders 3L and 3R for vertically moving the buldozer blade are controlled on the output signal of the receivers 9L and 9R, whereupon the ground grading angle theta can be easily and accurately obtained from the difference in the stroke lengths h1 and h2. The needs for large number of sensors and complicated arithmetical unit can thus be eliminated and the structure of the device can be simplified.
