PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE STEPPING MOTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the performance such as an output, torque and power rate per unit volume of a stepping motor by displacing a plurality of coils at the prescribed phase difference angle to the pitch of the poles of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor is constructed by employing as a yoke a cylindrical magnetic unit and winding a permanent magnet material 3 on the yoke. A stator 1 is composed of exciting coils 4 and a magnetic unit 7 which surrounds the coil. Many teeth are cut on the inside of the unit 7. The coils 4 are displaced at the prescribed phase difference angle to the pitch of the poles of the rotor, the coils 4 which are equally disposed to the field poles are connected in series with each other to form phase coils.
