PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having excellent impact resistance without using a plasticizer, and giving a molded article free from delamination, by compounding a specific modified ethylene polymer to a polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin is mixed, under melting, with 0.5-40pts.wt. of a modified ethylene polymer obtained by grafting 0.3-50pts.wt. of a styrene hydrocarbon to 100pts.wt. of a low-crystalline or amorphous ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer having an ethylene content of 40-93mol%, melt flow rate of 0.1-50g/10min at 230 deg.C and a density of <=0.90g/cm<3>. The ethylene/alpha- olefin copolymer is the one having a crystallinity of 0-50%, preferably 0-30%. |
